Bailey|Capel is an independently owned creative agency- previously DDB Indonesia. We are a group of people who enjoy what we do…we still like to call it advertising , be it a 1 minute 27sec film on YouTube, or a 15sec TV commercial, or a 6 second bumper in/out, or even a 300x250 size GDN banner or even on the back of a bottle, it’s an opportunity for us to engage with people. We are story tellers and our in-house production team is a great asset bringing our stories to life… in whatever platform, whatever the space. While we are a very business-like bunch, we maintain an easy going and casual working environment, we had a cat…but it only comes back when it’s hungry. (We spent a fortune at the vets getting it all fixed up). It’s fair to say, that on Monday mornings none of our staff mind coming to work. And that’s a hard thing for a business to achieve.
