Linked Support Solutions (LSS) was established in 2021 with the aim to provide high quality and meaningful supports to enhance the lives of people with disabilities. We are passionate in supporting clients to be independent, help reach their goals and live a healthy fulfilling lifestyle.
We are committed to delivering person-centered care while incorporating the principles of compassion, empathy, and kindness.
Our staff are caring, dedicated, friendly, reliable, trustworthy and have good communication skills. All our staff must obtain a National Police Clearance, Working with Children Card, NDIS Worker Clearance and completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation module before commencing.
We currently only provide services to self managed and plan managed NDIS participants.
