Company History Established under Government Regulation of R.I. No.15 dated February 14th, 1996 on the transfer of state-Owned Enterprises from PT Perkebunan (Eks.PTP 19, Eks.PTP 21-22 and 27) which was merged into PT Perkebunan Nusantara X (Persero) and stated in the deed of Notary Harum Kamil, SH No.43 dated March 11th, 1996 an amanded return in accordance Notary Sri Eliana Tjahjanto, SH No 1 dated December 2nd 2011. Main Business of PT Perkebunan Nusantara X are : Sugar Industry is marketed domestically through free competition and coordinated (auctions and negotiation), while the buyer of drops product is manufacturer (End user) and tender. Tobacco, is sold directly to industrial buyers (manufacturer) and merchant buyers (traders), also marketed to foreign (export) through auction with sending product samples. Other Business Units are a partnership and its subsidiaries engage in : PT Nusantara Medika Utama, a subsidiary company, engaged in health care, in charge of three hospitals, such as RS Gatoel (Gatoel Hospital) in Mojokerto, RS Toeloengredjo (Toeloengredjo Hospital) in Pare Kediri, and RS Perkebunan (Perkebunan Hospital) in Jember. PT Dasaplast Nusantara, coorperation with PT Surya Satria Sembada, Jakarta. Plastic Products, Innerbag and Waring is mainly to fulfill the needs of the sugar mill and our own tobacco plantation, also made exports to Japan and markets domestically. PT Energi Agro Nusantara (EAN), located in Mojokerto. PT EAN produces bioethanol from molasses as raw material. Bobbin Cutting services in coorperation with Burger Soehne AG Burg (BSB), Swiss. Edamame Soybean Cultivation and Okura coorperation with PT Bahana Artha Ventura named PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh. Edamame Soy products are mainly for export to Japan, but also made efforts domestic marketing.
