The Bavaria Israel Partnership Accelerator ("BIPA") is a unique program that promotes open innovation via co-creation of tailored-solutions for specific company‘s challenges. The program is run and managed by the the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE), which acts as a focal point for Munich University of Applied Sciences’ (MUAS) enterprise and knowledge exchange activities.
