Our mission is to empower parents of children with Autism (18 months - 5 years) by providing quality parent training and direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment. We believe, and research has shown, that parents play a crucial role in the development and progress of their children. We use parent-friendly teaching strategies to enable parents and caregivers implement ABA techniques with their child daily. Additionally, we provide early intervention using the most effective, research based therapy to make meaningful changes in the lives of our clients.
Asha ABA provides evidence-based treatment methods and parent training based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis including but not limited to Verbal Behavior strategies, Natural Environment Training (NET), Pivotal Response Training (PRT), and Discrete Trial Training (DTT).
A child’s program is individualized to meet their needs. We first ensure that each client meets eligibility requirements and appropriateness for admission to treatment. We then begin treatment planning by completing initial assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABAS, and others, in order to guide treatment and develop the most effective intervention plan possible for each client. Each skill area/domain contains specific curriculum designed to increase each child’s functioning and independence. Individual Treatment Plan goals are created with the collaboration of parents and other professionals that form the multidisciplinary team.
