English Bay namesake is a beautiful beach located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. English Bay Batter started its journey in the early 1980’s next to English Bay, with a single café located on Denman Street, in the vibrant west end of Vancouver. From humble beginnings, English Bay Batter which was later renamed into English Bay Bakery grew into leading cookie dough and baked cookies producer in North America. In 2017 English Bay Bakery joined Cérélia Group and continues to provide its partners and customers with best in class dough solutions, including English Bay Bakery branded cookies and cookie dough.
