MindWork Training started its activities in Vietnam in 2011 with the support of Schouten &Nelissen from the Netherlands. We provide customised trainings based on more than 30 years of inter-cultural leadership experience. Our methods are based on the Humanistic approach founded by Carl Rogers and the learning principles of David Kolb. Mutual respect and responsibility for ones own behavior are key elements in these approaches.
To support the insight in their behavior we ask participants (and their boss, colleague's, staff, peers...) to complete a behavioral questionnaire relevant to the topic, prior to the training.
Besides this they also need to prepare their cases.
A training program ends with a "homework assignment" in which the participants will plan their practicing activities back in the organization.
Depending on the needs of the clients we can coach the participants in implementing their learned skills in the organization.
Besides single training programs, MindWork Training also provides longer term programs to develop the management of a company to a higher level.
These activities can be supported by a comprehensive assessment through the HILL Competence Analysis.
