Founded by H.E. Mr. Nayef Stetieh in 2004, the Business Development Center - BDC, is a Jordanian non-profit dedicated to fostering lasting jobs creation and enterprise development in the Middle East. As a national and regional resource supporting over 180,000 youth, BDC has been on the forefront of various successful multi-million-dinar development projects with international donors including with USAID, the EU, GIZ, USAID, UNICEF, and ILO among others. Since its establishment, BDC has provided training and mentorship, partnerships-building, and technical assistance services to youth, women, private sector companies, government officials and civil society organizations in Jordan and the Middle East. BDC’s products and services are grounded by human-centered solutions, tangible impact, and sustainability. BDC has been recognized by the European Training Foundation (ETF), the Union for Mediterranean (UfM), GIZ, and ENI CBCMED among others, for its youth employability and entrepreneurship skills development methodologies.
