AltScale provides IaaS cloud compute, storage, and networking services. The hardware infrastructure is deployed in two data centers in Eastern Europe, interconnected with a high-speed network. The cloud management software is based on OpenStack. The cloud storage is based on Ceph - an open source, scale-out storage system. AltScale also offers consumer and small business cloud backup services for Windows and Linux clients. AltScale architects and builds turn-key private IaaS clouds based on OpenStack and Ceph.
