Bruce Cheung, has invested significantly into the purchase of Pardoo Station in the Pilbara, as well as supply chain relationships, strong indigenous engagement, cattle, and research. One of the largest Wagyu facilities outside of Japan with sustainable environmental practices and biosecurity & drought proofing advantages.
Pardoo Wagyu in six years has gone from a rangeland pastoral business with two pivots and 3,500 Santa Gertrudis breeders to 20 pivots with a 14.8GL water allocation. Pardoo Wagyu is building the current 6,200 breeding females to a Wagyu herd of 10,000 joined breeders by organic growth by FY25. The business has expanded into the Kimberley region with cattle held at Yarranggi, Yuwa and Mowanjum Stations.
