Yinglets Children Sports Development Center (Yinglets) is founded by a group of passionate, dynamic and courageous leaders who fundamentally believe that early childhood education is the biggest opportunity for the world to combat public health issues and sport is uniquely positioned to best engage children for more active lives.
China is ranked the world number one in children obesity and expected to see the total number rise up to 56 million by 2030. Obese children have higher chance to become obese adult and develop conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and physiological problems. New York Times reported that approximately USD120 billion can be saved from healthcare and related cost if every child played and moved for at least an hour each day. However the current situation is that 70% of children in China spent less than 1 hour per day being physically active. Among the 300,000 kindergartens in China, 95% of them don’t have sports teachers and 95% of the sports teachers are female and lack of professional training. At Yinglets, we strive to make significant positive changes to through this kindergarten network which reaches about 100 million children aged 3-6 years old and ultimately all these families.
In 2017, Yinglets was chosen to be the exclusive execution partner for a national wide children sports program and has been working The General Administration of Sport of China, China Soong Ching Ling Foundation, China Sports Foundation, Chengdu University, Shandong Sport University and Ali Sports on organizing children sports events, teachers’ training, establishing research centers and rolling out smart systems for kindergarten management. In 2018, Yinglets formed strategic partnership with Apige IFA - the Italian Football Academy.
