Carregosa celebrated 190 years in the financial sector in 2023. In fact, it was in 1833, in Rua das Flores, in Porto, that it began its commercial activity as a foreign exchange bureau, making it the oldest financial institution in the Iberian Peninsula in activity. Carregosa - Sociedade Financeira de Corretagem became Banco Carregosa.
