Since 2010, we have repositioned our portfolio through the acquisition of nearly $3 billion of urban and resort hotels that align with our strategic goals while disposing of more than $1 billion in non-core hotels. These acquisitions have increase our exposure to unique destination markets such as Sedona, Lake Tahoe, Sonoma, Key West, and Charleston. Today, over 60% of our hotels are leisure-focused destination resorts and urban lifestyle hotels and nearly 95% are independently managed.
