We are responsible for transporting gas safely and efficiently to millions of people. Our vision is Norwegian gas transport to Europe - reliable and forward looking. Gassco is the operator for the integrated system for transporting gas from the Norwegian continental shelf to other European countries. This role confers overall responsibility for running the infrastructure on behalf of the owners. Proficiency pervades our organisation. We have a wide and close collaboration with the oil and gas companies, subcontractors and government authorities in Norway and other countries. Through our assignments, we are heavily involved in projects of vital importance for Norway as a gas nation.
