NorSea Group (UK) Limited, established in August 2013, is the UK subsidiary of Norway’s leading supplier of base services and integrated logistics systems to the oil and gas industry. Following the acquisition of Danbor UK Ltd in 2014 and the subsequent agreement to take over operatorship of Smith Quay and Embankment at Peterhead on a 10-year agreement, NorSea UK can now offer supply base and logistics services covering the whole of North-East Scotland NorSea UK has facilities at Smith Quay & Merchants Quay in Peterhead where we have the space and operational capacity to service Sub-Sea Support Vessels, Platform Supply Vessels, Decommissioning Assignments & Renewables Projects. We are operating 160m of berthing @ 10m draft. With a laydown area in excess of 16,000m2, we are already carrying out significant Sub-Sea support and Decommissioning projects. In 2017 we had a site expansion at our Marine Gas Oil facilities giving us an additional 30,000m2 laydown area for warehousing facilities and a bulk farm to handle wet & dry bulks including slops disposal. In 2018 we got an additional 190m berthing @ 7.5m draft and 11,500m2 laydown and working area were acquired as NorSea UK took operatorship of Merchants Quay. Our sheltered quays give us the advantage of being able to continue quayside operations during inclement weather, minimising downtime and maximising time alongside for our clients. We are be able to offer clients 350m berthing and a 58,000m2 working/lay down area.
