In addition to our own $50M portfolio of real estate, NDC’s principals have been involved with the acquisition, entitlement and construction of over 3,500 multifamily units valued over $650M throughout California. NDC’s development arm is an expert in Joint Venture partnership with property owners and investors to entitle and develop large scale multifamily projects in the Bay Area. Our minimum new construction project size is 40 units.
