Craftiv8 Ltd formed in early 2017 to bring an exciting innovative approach to crafting with the following mission statement “Bridging the digital environment of the internet, games and electronics with hand crafting skills from sculpting, beading, sewing and much more. We aim to bring traditional craft activities into a new platform and create fresh exciting content that encourages new and old crafters alike through new materials and methods of crafting. We also are, socially, environmentally and conscious in our UK based manufacturing process. Galactic Plastic is Craftiv8's first product line and is a unique and a completely new crafting material that is flexible and skin safe. This colourful low melt crafting plastic has no smell and is easy to work with low power heat tools. It is bendable at 60c and you can marble and change the colour at 90c. It can also be used with moulds and stamps. From making jewellery items to fashion accessories or bags. The plastic bonds well to fabrics, paper and card with no glue. It can be cut with scissors, a mixed media die and easily sewn through and sculpted. It is a material that can go into lots of different crafts and complements other crafting mediums and tools. It is also waste free, as it can be recycled repeatedly so there is no waste in our manufacturing or in your crafting. Just keep using your scraps!
