Kaufman and Owsley have over 40 years of combined experience as investment bankers and advisors in structuring and executing $1 billion in complex debt and equity investments. Rob Rupe is partner. Mr. Bronfman brings extensive wine industry expertise and access to a wide network of distributors, acquired through leadership positions held at Seagram Chateau and Estate Wines and Diageo Global Wines.
