Linsea Wallis has experience in the fashion industry, in both Australia and Canada, working in retail management, buying and wholesale. Jason Phillips has experience in marketing, sales, management and advertising. He is a former Canadian sales manager and business owner in the marketing field. SKOUT operates a showroom out of Vancouver, Canada. Our staff has built a reputation for excellent customer service while nurturing the integrity of our lines. With a combined 30 years’ experience in the field of wholesale fashion, SKOUT has cultivated relationships with Canada’s top retailers.
