The Bass Institute will endeavor to move the needle on making our workplaces truly hospitable to women and minority employees. The Institute will work with senior management in workplaces to assist in evaluating why their current diversity efforts are not providing the results that they had hoped for. Additionally, it will make recommendations as to some of the granular changes in approaches to hiring, compensation, elevation and performance evaluations that can help insure that the unconscious biases that we all have are not unknowingly infiltrating and undermining these processes.
