Established in 1992, Dina Foods is one of the UK’s leading artisan producers of specialist Mediterranean foods, which include a range of authentic flatbreads, confectionery and savouries.
We combine a heritage steeped in Mediterranean traditions and family recipes, with a strong focus on using only the finest ingredients and a commitment to product innovation. Having grown from a small family-run business, we have become a market leader supplying national and international customers.

~Bakery
Our wide range of traditional Mediterranean flatbreads are baked in stone ovens to provide authentic, artisanal goods. Our ethos is to create healthy flatbreads according to time-honoured recipes which are naturally low in salt and contain no additives or colouring.
Using traditional recipes and with our bespoke production equipment, we produce a wide selection of pitta breads, classic Mediterranean flatbreads (like khobez and our trademarked Paninette range), as well as a selection of Asian inspired breads.
~Savoury
The Haddad brothers are credited with establishing London’s leading Lebanese restaurant in the 1980s and have carried through to Dina Foods their original recipes for these mouth-watering Mediterranean savouries and dips. We use the freshest ingredients to create appetising and much-loved savoury products, including houmous, kibbe, falafel and much more.
~Confectionery
Our premium range of traditional Baklawa is made using carefully selected ingredients and contains no artificial colourings or palm oil. Each handcrafted piece of Baklawa is made of layers of paper-thin filo pastry around a generous mix of crushed selected nuts and ground spices enriched with syrup.
The New Product Development team has created truly unique products, including our Dinalicious Dates range and Filo Delights.
