We are a social enterprise working in Waterloo and North Southwark, London. From a derelict site in 1984, we have created a vibrant, diverse and welcoming place for people to live, work and play. We aim to create an inspirational neighbourhood on our 13-acre site on London's South Bank. Our neighbourhood ranges from those who live in our local SE1 community and use our residences, gym, nursery, and community sessions, to South Bank tourists visiting our art galleries, designer-makers, restaurants, and retailers on our estate. Our story is about inclusiveness and diversity. About culture, community, and commercial success.
