Ten Point O offers a wide variety of programs for students of all ages. Since its beginning in 1986, Ten Point O has been providing quality personal instruction in a friendly atmosphere and an equally safe environment. Our objective is to promote the physical development of every student by improving flexibility, balance, strength, coordination, and body awareness. Acquiring these skills leads to an understanding of one’s body and its abilities, which in turn improves one’s self image. This positive self-concept, gained through fitness, extends into many social and academic areas as well. This in turn makes every student enrolled at Ten Point O, “our success story!”
