TKF's mission is to empower and support those at risk or affected by kidney disease. TKF's vision will be achieved when the rate of kidney disease is minimized and everyone who needs care receives care. TKF provides direct assistance for dialysis and transplant patients through transportation and emergency assistance, education and prevention programming for the Middle Tennessee community, and support and education for transplantation, especially living kidney donation.
