The Life Link is to improve individual and community health through breaking cycles of chronic homelessness, mental illness, trauma, exploitation, and addiction, their services include housing support, substance abuse support, human trafficking aftercare, HT aftercare, permanent supportive housing, rental utility assistance, safety and stabilization, community support services​.
