Main Line School Night (MLSN) was founded in 1938 by Radnor resident Harry Creutzburg with 11 classes on Monday nights at Radnor High School. What began as an “experiment in adult education” has become an iconic community treasure, inspiring thousands of area residents to make lifelong learning an integral part of their lives. MLSN now offers over 1,000 day, evening and weekend non-credit classes, trips and special events spanning such wide-ranging topics as history and current affairs, dancing and fitness, cooking, languages, arts and culture. Today, the majority of classes are offered in the historic Creutzburg Center, as well as Lower Merion High School, local businesses and online.
Main Line School Night is the place where everyone from the casual dabbler to the tireless questioner can expand their minds, meet insightful new people, and continue growing as engaged and thoughtful citizens of the world. As an organization dedicated to learning, MLSN is committed to fostering an environment in which multiple perspectives, varied skill sets, creative insights, diverse backgrounds and different abilities are valued and included.
