Established in 1998, and inaugurated its strong existence in the Egyptian market in 2002 through the alliance of the long experiences, efforts, and thoughts of experts in Catering, Finance, and Meat processing, EgySwiss Food Company started the first factory specialized in producing high quality processed meat and poultry products.
The factory started with a semi-automated operation with a capacity to produce small batches, yet high volumes with different recipes tailored to the needs of each and every client from 5-Star Hotels and Airlines to Catering companies and restaurants.
The Group is comprised of four separate legal entities, namely:
1. EgySwiss Food Company (“EFC”): Produces processed meat and poultry products
2. Egyptian Company for Food Industries & Cooling (“ECFC”): Produces processed fish products
3. Egyptian Company for Investment & Slaughter Houses (“EIS”): Engaged in the slaughtering, freezing, cooling, and processing of poultry
4. EgySwiss Trading Company (“ETC”): Acts as an importer and distributor of meat, poultry, and fish raw materials
