QuanCo is a boutique quantity surveying company, boasting a unique and very talented team of Quantity Surveyors. Hanle Schoeman obtained a BSc QS degree with distinction at the UOFS in 1992. She was the ASAQS gold medal finalist in 1992. She gained a wealth of casino construction knowledge when the first casinos were built in South Africa during the early 1990’s, consulting to Tsogo Sun (Montecasino Entertainment World, Suncoast casino, Emnotweni) and Sun International (refurbishment projects at Sun City and Maroela Sun). After registering as Professional Quantity Surveyor (1995) and successfully completing a MBA at the University of Pretoria (2002), QuanCo Quantity Surveyors was established in 2004. With in-depth knowledge and expertise in development and construction costs of casinos and hotels, we aim to lead the way in delivering competitive advantage to our clients.
