Leadership Tampa Bay is a non-partisan, non-special interest, regional program with the goal of enhancing awareness, education and knowledge of major Tampa Bay regional issues through learning experiences and discussion. Leadership Tampa Bay delivers timely and relevant programs delving into the critical issues facing our area. Each class is a diverse group of business executives and community leaders who gain better understanding of regional challenges AND opportunities. Graduates emerge poised to develop positive solutions that benefit the entire Tampa Bay community. Leadership Tampa Bay is a non-profit organization governed by an independent board of directors who live and work in various parts of the Tampa Bay region. Funded through tuition and sponsorships, 100 percent of monies go toward programs for class members and alumni.
