Quincy Geneva Housing Corporation is a Massachusetts Non-profit housing corporation formed in 1983. The organization has been granted tax exempt 501(c)(3) status by the IRS and the state of Massachusetts. Quincy Geneva Housing Corporation promotes self-sufficiency by creating affordable housing opportunities and providing additional programs that raise the economic, educational, and social levels of residents in its service area.
A primary goal is assisting low and moderate income families and senior citizens to obtain affordable rental housing. QGHC pursues this goal through direct property development and ownership, property management, arranging and providing financing for affordable housing.
