Padda Care currently has 2 specialist care homes situated in Llandybie, Ammanford and in Morriston, Swansea, we also have a sister company, PPSC that provides Domiciliary care within the community. The care provided at both homes is tailored to the individual needs of residents by using a person-centered approach, taking into consideration every resident’s individual care plans. Residents live as part of the community and lead as full and active lives as possible. The home’s décor, furnishings & environment have all been designed to be dementia friendly and in line with dementia best practice. All bedrooms have their own en-suite toilet and shower room to ensure comfort, privacy and dignity. Positive Pathways Specialist Care is a domiciliary support service specialising in providing support for elderly adults (aged 65+) living in their own home with dementia, cognitive impairment and/or sensory impairment, or those suffering from the general difficulties encountered in old age. We can offer advice and guidance in order to help to design an individualized plan of care/support to meet physical, social, psychological or spiritual needs. PPSC operates throughout the City and County of Swansea providing flexible daytime, evening, and night Home Care Services.
