This form of service is called Self-Directed Care. Self-Directed Care is ideal for consumers who want to retain independence and control over theirs or a loved one’s personal care services and the caregivers who provide the services. AdvantagePlusCaregivers.com is a non-governmental organization called an Intermediary Service Organization (ISO) (better known as a Home Care company) and assists in every way to facilitate the environment of Self-Directed Care through: • Providing trained and licensed Caregivers • Handle billing and payroll for the client for their care • Care records maintenance and regulatory compliance • Advanced Caregiver Training i.e. Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, schizophrenia, quad/paraplegic etc. • Continual resource of Caregivers that are screened and selected by the care recipient or their loved one/designee utilizing our state of the art APC application and good ol’ common sense • Resource referrals for types of allied services, topics or levels of care
