It was founded and operated by Dr. Gyanendra Kumar, who has 10 years of varied experience in research, education, cement, and the construction industry. Sustainability will be the core of the offerings as the founder is concerned about sustainable development, which is essential for the existence of the human race. The focus will be on minimizing the use of energy and lowering carbon emissions during the life cycle of any construction project. Global building stock will double in 40 years and embodied carbon from this expansion alone will accelerate climate change by six years due to carbon emissions, leading to increased global climate impact and resource depletion.
