Who are we : La Barriere Automatique, created in 1984, is specialized in manufacturing lifting barriers. Our headquarters, located in the heart of the industrial Rhône-Alpes French area, enables us to be reactive in product distribution all over the country, but as well around the world. The history began with barriers specialized in closing bridges, tunnels and closing lanes. Then we specialized in manufacturing barriers for industry, charged car park, pedestrians access and finally highway barriers. Today, LBA has a leader position on the french market with over 80% of the market place. In 2010, LBA created a joint-venture in russia and obtained first significant market shares abroad. In 2015, LBA strengthens its position in Russia in creating a branch 100% subsidiary.
