The School of Accounting at the University of Georgia was established in 1977 and named the J. M. Tull School of Accounting in 1978. The mission of the J. M. Tull School of Accounting is to pursue excellence in accounting education. As a professional school in a major public research university, we are committed to teaching, research, and service that advances the accounting discipline and prepares future leaders for business and academia.
