YAY is non-profit organisation that strives address the psycho-social needs of multicultural youth. We provide marginalized young people that have become estranged from their respective communities the necessary tools to reengage with available services. The services we offer aim to bridge the gaps that currently exists between different government organisations, non-profit agencies and other services providers, especially where multicultural youth are concerned. Positive feedback from our current programs has spurred us explore and invest into employment and education, sports and recreation, and arts and culture.
Our programs provide the necessary tools for disadvantaged and disengaged young people to build self-confidence, self-efficacy, and networks that will encourage a more enduring development. This will benefit their communities, and Australia as a country.
