An investment holding company which takes meaningful minority stakes in underlying portfolio companies and plays an active role in assisting the founder teams to scale rapidly. Sector agnostic and while generally looking to exit at around the 5 year mark, we can invest for much longer as we don’t have the typical private equity or venture capital fund timing constraints. The fundamentals we look for in portfolio companies are: - Traction in their specific market (3+ year old businesses) - Scaling potential - Thematic tail winds with a strong emphasis on contemporary trends - Strong founder-led teams A condition of every investment is a non-executive board seat which enables us to contribute access to our network of contacts and extensive business experience to drive strategy and operational disciplines that are often missing.
