Contained within here you will hopefully find a range of useful information pertaining to our Local Institute, most notably the range of activities that the Insurance Institute of Aberdeen carries out in support of our membership. This year, in addition to working with members on CPD and other areas of development, we are hoping to add focus on how we can encourage younger members; helping them learn more about our profession and enhancing their journey. We are always open to any new ideas and requests from members and would like to know more about what your institute can do for you. While we are very fortunate in Aberdeen to have a very experienced and dedicated Council, we are always looking for new Council members to expand and enhance our existing structure, and to bring new ideas and fresh thinking to what we do. If you are interested and would like to get involved, or simply want to communicate your ideas and what you want from us as your Council, then please contact me or any other member of the Council.
