The Nieri Department of Construction, Development and Planning offers a comprehensive program of education with scholarly and service activities consistent with the mission of Clemson University and the College of Architecture, Arts, and Humanities, to improve the quality of the construction industry and the built environment. We offer Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral degrees in Construction Science and Management, City and Regional Planning and Real Estate Development.
