SERVICES OFFERED - M&A / Financial Advisory: Advisory in extraordinary and strategic finance that is not contextual to market transactions; - Equity Capital Markets: Structuring of listing transactions on the Euronext Growth Milan market of Borsa Italiana; - Debt Capital Markets: Structuring and issuance of alternative debt instruments including mini-bonds, convertibles and project bonds; - Placement: Capital market placement of equity and debt, both in the primary and secondary markets; - Corporate Broking: The SIM acts as Corporate Broker for institutional clients identifiable in issuers with listed financial instruments. First Capital Spa is the majority shareholder and holds control of Invest Italy SIM. The shareholding structure is completed by the presence of Banca Cambiano with a 10% stake.
