Our work spans residential, mixed-use and commercial projects, offering a full range of services from concept development and financial modelling, to procurement and construction management.   With more than a decade of experience in real estate development, Silk Development has overseen the construction of two large Radisson BLU hotels in Tbilisi and Batumi, and a Radisson Collection Hotel in Tsinandali, all of which are managed by our sister company Silk Hospitality.
