The company is the second largest owner of orchards in the country, having purchased and developed approximately 2300 hectares. 1,600 hectares of hazelnut orchards located in Western Georgia (the Samegrelo region), 700 hectares of almond orchards in Eastern Georgia (the Mtskheta-Mtianeti region, the Nichbisi village; the Gardabani district, the Akhalsopeli village; the Tetritskaro district, the Asureti village).
Multiannual hazelnut orchards will reach maximum productivity by 2025. Annual and biannual orchards of Supernova, Lauren, Guara varieties will become fruit-bearing in 2023, achieving the maximum yield in 2025. The nursery at the base of the orchards is expected to produce additional yield. Overall, the company primarily aims to only produce organic (bio) nuts.

GE INVESTMENT CORP.
The company owns industrial infrastructure located on 8 hectares in the village of Nichbisi, Mtskheta region (Eastern Georgia), which includes a processing factory (1 hectare).
Industrial infrastructure and factory arrangements are currently underway. The project will be completed by the end of 2021. From 2022, the factory will be able to receive and process products. The industrial infrastructure will serve the region to process crops harvested from 2500 hectares. Factory production capacity: over 5 tons of processing resource per hour.
