I've worked with business leaders, board level, CEO's religious and political leaders. My passion is working with the creatives, the mavericks, the left-field thinkers. My expertise is holding the space, facilitating them to have the realisations - the change - the outcomes they desire - and get on with it.
I am a transformational, client centred and solution focused coach with a strong pedigree of helping my clients make long lasting changes. My clients often say I have fresh approach and that clients can expect a combination of humour, candour and a wealth of strategic, traditional and psychodynamic tools together with a strong focus them reaching their outcomes. They often say working with me is ‘inspirational’.
As a team coach enjoy supporting leaders and managers who are introducing change programmes where they need to bring their people on board, resolve conflicts, align with the organisations vision and values, find new congruent ways of working to become a high performing team. This approach also works really well for multi-agency teams.
As a designer of facilitation / training I believe in a methodical and pragmatic approach. In my world the training has to be fun and fit for purpose to deliver learning and organisational outcomes. I also deliver some pretty cool train the trainer training.
I've been running my own training consultancy business since 2003 so I have many t-shirts. I bring 15 years of corporate training which follows fifteen years in marketing in the leisure and arts sectors. As a marketeer, I've written, commissioned, facilitated delivered at strategic and operational levels. My work has been instrumental in winning multi-million pound contracts as well as delivering sales. I've enjoyed wide cross-sector experience (there are lots of testimonials to read on LinkedIn) and I now enjoy working with creative businesses who want to move their businesses forward.
One of my longest running clients of ten years plus is HumanTechnics where I have designed and delivered Executive Coach Training programmes at post-graduate level both internationally and at home, open and in-house. I now enjoy talking to potential clients who are exploring if HumanTechnics solutions are the right ones for them and/or their organisation.
I love working with creatives and four years ago I set up 'Auntie G' - an affordable marketing and coaching consultancy for emerging artists and creatives in Bristol which also resulted in my on line Kane Gallery to support them which I introduced last year.
