HOAM follows a structured methodology to run the day to day affairs of the Community. Our standard operating procedures are written instructions to achieve uniformity of the performance of a specific function. The focus is set on repeated applying of unchanged processes and procedures and its documentation, hence supporting the segregation of origins, causes and effects. Further application is, when resources get used according to an assessment of ranking, urgency and staffing possibilities.
