SWSB aims to empower women to find the strength from within themselves that they need to be the full rounded woman who is confident in her self, striving to be better and successful in her career, business and relationships. This we do by - Providing female entrepreneurs with the necessary business skills to start and grow their business, developing their professional and leadership potential - Teaching women how to break free from the small boxes that are limiting them in their business and personal life, so they can begin to live their best life. Small boxes are prisons and they come in all forms, shapes, faces and circumstances and situations, they come as doubt, low self esteem, lack of confidence, stereotypes, peoples expectations and opinions and so much more.
