A warm welcome to the Moon River Nursery and Pre School. We are a new, privately run nursery conveniently located in Logan Road, Bishopston. Lesley Pritchard who has been an experienced Health Visitor in your local area for many years, will be leading a highly qualified and experienced team to provide a warm and secure environment where children from the age of 3 months to 5 years can be cared for and flourish. We aim to create a warm, homely and secure environment for all our children, parents and staff. Our furnishings, facilities and equipment are brand new and are specifically designed to ensure that children will learn, rest and play in a safe and secure setting. Moon River Nursery will be registered with OFSTED and all staff will have DBS clearance. We are also a member of the National Day Nurseries Association (NDNA). Moon River Nursery and Pre School is committed to providing excellence in child care. We will pride ourselves in developing strong partnerships with our parents and offer a safe, stimulating and enjoyable environment that provides plentiful opportunities and challenges for every child, encouraging them to play, learn and develop. Our professional team of qualified staff will work with children on a high adult to child ratio, encouraging each child to develop at their own pace and in their own way. We recognise their individual needs and interests, nurturing their talents and building their confidence. Children at Moon River Nursery will follow the 'Early Years Foundation Stage Framework' within which our wide range of activities are designed to ensure every child's learning experience is tailored to them as an individual. Children benefit from being placed in dedicated rooms according to their stage of development. Each room is designed to promote happy early learning.
