Le Bab is a contemporary, gastronomic kebab house. Starting the business in 2014, three friends Stephen Tozer, Edward Brunet and Manu Canales felt that they had something to add to the London kebab scene and so created their own modern type of kebab. Opening their first restaurant in Soho 2015, the trio have since opened restaurants across London; Covent Garden, Brixton, Shoreditch and Battersea Power Station.
Their dishes combine the traditions of charcoal-grilled kebabs with the finest British free range meats and organic vegetables. Their chefs have Michelin-star pedigree and their menu is constantly changing with the seasons. Everything you eat is made by them, in-house, from scratch.
