Lit Therapy is a private mental health service with a focus on improving the lives and health of young people and their support networks. We offer therapy from sites in Cockburn Central and Hillarys. We can help with: Depression, Anxiety, School refusal, Eating Disorders, Phobias, Embracing Neurodiversity (Autism and ADHD), Behavioural difficulties, self harm and trauma.
