Based in Charlotte, NC, Changed Choices is a non-profit organization that provides a range of support services to female inmates in local, state and federal systems. Inmates who continue a relationship with us throughout their incarceration, and who demonstrate a high capacity for complete rehabilitation are offered additional support upon release while facing the extraordinary challenges of transition.
