Since then, we’ve been doing mobile our own way. We put the power back in our members' hands, with flexible plans for all. From pay as you go, to monthly rolling, to good contracts, we make it easy for everyone to stay connected. And by the way, we’re powered by the O2 network. But the goodness doesn’t stop there. In 2022, 75% of all the phones we sold were refurbished, which is a win for our members’ pockets and helps them to be more sustainable. Together with our members, we’ve also supported people all over the UK in need of a helping hand, from large charities to smaller local ones.
